I am so glad you are here!  “Freeze the Action.  Remember the moment.  Feel the emotion.”  That is exactly what I want to happen every time you look at a photograph that I have taken. 

A powerful image transports you back to that exact moment in time… a visceral reminder you of how you felt that day.  When I photograph I see a look of pure love, complete joy or gritty determination…and I freeze it.  A compelling picture is an illustration of the human experience.  Look at my photographs and you will see visual representations of love, joy, comfort, excitement, and determination to name a few.

I have been photographing for over 20 years.  In the beginning I was fortunate to connect with an extremely talented local photographer who became my good friend and mentor.   I will be forever grateful to Cindy Greenstein who saw my talent and helped me to reach my potential.   As successful business partners, Cindy and I enjoyed growing  PictureThis! Event Photography and taking it to the next level.  I have photographed countless weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, and corporate events and it has been my pleasure to have met so many wonderful people and documented their special events.  When Cindy relocated to the West Coast I decided to pursue my passion, sports photography.  I love photographing sports!  While Football and basketball may be my favorites,  I can wholeheartedly say that every sport and competition is exciting and fun to photograph! My biggest rewards are the genuine smiles and waves that I get from the athletes  when I arrive at a game to photograph.  

I am calm and patient.  Even folks (or pets) who are nervous, or who don’t love having their pictures taken are comfortable with me…”wow that was so easy!” or “OMG I can’t believe you got that!” are comments I have been privileged to hear.  I love photographing on location, especially outdoors,  no matter what time of year!
